Setting it up
Start with the first one even if someone has already begun in Minuet. Setup needs a Minuet administrator and a FirstIgnite team admin, and it stalls without both.

Two things that catch people out
Connecting doesn't switch anything on. Every capability is off until a FirstIgnite team owner or admin enables it under Minuet Settings in FirstIgnite (app.firstignite.com/inteum/settings, or eu.firstignite.com/inteum/settings if your institution is on the EU environment).
Your colleagues need the Inteum user permission on their FirstIgnite accounts, and only FirstIgnite can grant it. Without it they see nothing Minuet-related, however well the connection went. This is the most common reason someone finishes setup and finds an empty screen.
