Once Company Search returns results, you can see why each company matched, open its full profile, and save or send the companies you want to keep.
Read the results table
Each row shows the company's name, employee count, industry, and location. Next to the name you'll find links to the company's website and social profiles.
Relevance: a score showing how well the company fits your search. Green means a strong fit, and red means a weak one.
Match reason: shown under each company, explaining why it fits your search, with the key points highlighted.
H1-B: for some companies, a summary of H1-B visa applications and approval rates.
Click a column header to sort by it.
Open a company profile
Click a company's name to open its profile in a side panel. Click Open in a new window to see it full screen. The profile has these tabs:
Home and Overview: what the company does, its size, and key details
People: contacts at the company
Competitors: similar companies
News and Jobs: recent news and open roles
Patents: the company's patents
Notes: your team's notes on the company
H1B: H1-B visa history
If your team has connected Minuet, you'll also see a Minuet Marketing tab.
Save, export, or send companies
Tick the box next to each company you want, then choose an action at the top of the table:
Save: add the companies to a saved list.
Export: download the companies as a file.
Send to CRM: send the companies to your FirstIgnite CRM workspace, up to 200 at a time. This appears if your team has CRM.
To start a CRM deal for one company, click the briefcase icon next to its name. Companies already in your CRM show an In CRM label that opens the record.
If your team has connected Minuet, you may also see Send to Minuet in some views, such as a project's companies.
Find more companies
When a search finishes, click Load More Companies to add more results. Companies you've already found are left out, so you only see new ones.
